Once a product is successfully sold and delivered to the customer, there will be no return initiated back to the supplier under normal circumstances. This means:

If a supplier is found repeatedly shipping faulty, damaged, counterfeit, or incorrect items, it can negatively impact the trust and reliability of the platform.
🔴 Penalties in Case of Non-Compliance
In rare cases where EXAM360 receives frequent and verified customer complaints regarding a supplier’s products, we reserve the right to take the following actions:
I. Impose a penalty fee, which may include:

☛ Compensation adjustments
II. Temporarily suspend seller dashboard access
III. Delist specific products from the platform
IV. In extreme cases, terminate the supplier’s partnership
