Q. What is the Refund or Money Back Guarantee offered by EXAM360® (INDIA)?
Answer: The Refund or Money Back Guarantee is a scheme provided by EXAM360® (INDIA) in which the option of a refund is offered to its users only when there is no option for replacement or return. Please note that we provide delivery through third-party courier services, and in cases where reverse pick-up facilities are not available through our logistic partners, users will need to self-ship the return product to initiate the refund process. The refund or Money Back Guarantee process only get initiated when all the terms and conditions will be fulfilled.
Q. How can I check the status of my order?
Answer: To check the status of your order, you can visit the official 'EXAM360 ORDER STATUS' Portal at https://orders.exam360.in/. This portal allows you to track the progress of your order for a better user experience. You will get a brief summary of your order status not the entire history of it to protect customer’s privacy.
Q. How can I lodge a complaint or raise a grievance?
Answer: If you have any complaints or grievances, you can use the official 'EXAM360 CONSUMER GRIEVANCE (ECG) Portal' at https://support.exam360.in/ to lodge your complaint. Our dedicated team will assist you in resolving any issues you may encounter. If you have any concerns like feedbacks or suggestions you can drop an email at exam360.in@gmail.com. But we do not entertain any complaints through email.
Q. What is the process for initiating a refund?
Answer: The refund process begins when we receive the delivered item from users in the EXAM360® (INDIA) warehouse or fulfillment center. Upon receiving the item, we conduct a thorough inspection and assess its condition. The refund amount and method may vary at the discretion of EXAM360® (INDIA), depending on the result from our quality assessment team. We may initiate a full refund or partial refund according to the case by following the given terms and conditions.
Rest assured, your satisfaction is our utmost priority, and if the product is received in perfect condition, a 'Full refund' (excluding payment gateway charges) will be initiated. You can track the refunded amount and the status of the refund procedure in your Orders Confirmation Page / Emails / Order Status Portal. Additionally, we will notify you of the details through your registered email. Please note that refunds will not occur if the item is in transit.

Q. How will I receive my refund?
Answer: Once we receive your returned product in EXAM360® (INDIA) warehouse / fulfillment center, or are notified of its receipt in good condition by our 3rd party logistic partners or 3rd Party Suppliers, a refund will be initiated. The mode of refund depends on the original payment method or customers’ preferred methods. If any customer prefers to take it in different way, they are requested to raise a quick enquiry or internal complain where he / she must mention the details very carefully. If any wrong information or details provided by customer the EXAM360 will not be responsible for the loss or damages.
Q. What is the processing time for different refund methods?
Answer: Our refund process follows two steps: 1st step: Refund Initiate – when the initiation will start, the users will get an email confirmation regarding the same. 2nd step: Refund Successful – when the entire process from EXAM360 will be successfully completed of refund the users will get another email regarding this. The 2nd step will be processed within 0-15 days in general from the date of process initiation or it takes maximum 30 days to complete the entire process.
The processing time for refunds may varies depending on the chosen method:
• PhonePe / Google Pay / BHIM UPI / Paytm: Processing Time - 2-3 Days, Settlement Time - 7-15 Days for general cases or upto 30 days.
• Credit / Debit Card / Net Banking (Credited to Bank Account): Processing Time - 2-3 Days, Settlement Time - 7-15 Days for general cases or upto 30 days.
• NEFT / RTGS (Credited to Bank Account): Processing Time - 2-3 Days, Settlement Time - 7-15 Days for general cases or upto 30 days.
• Paper Cheque/Money Order: Processing Time - 7-10 Days or More, Settlement Time - 7-15 Days or More for general cases or upto 30 days.
Q. Are there any exceptions to these refund processing times?
Answer: Yes, these timelines are estimates for general conditions and do not account for bank holidays, public holidays, or unforeseen events outside our control. Processing time is excluded from settlement time. In the event of cataclysmic events or other conditions beyond our control that disrupt our services, updates and information will be provided on the 'Live Updates' Page. We try to initiate the refund process as soon as possible.
Q. What happens if my payment method used for the purchase is no longer valid?
Answer: If the payment method you used at the time of purchase (e.g., credit/debit card, Net Banking, PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, BHIM UPI) is no longer valid, we will issue the refund to an alternative method. To facilitate this, you may need to raise a ticket / complaint ID via Quick Enquiry or Internal Complain or provide the necessary details through email at 'exam360.in@gmail.com' using the same email address used during the purchase. Please note that if you communicate from a different email address, it may be considered suspicious and treated as spam, affecting Buyer Protection. Always be very careful while inputting your necessary details to get the refund. If you make mistakes and EXAM360 started initiating the process then EXAM360 will not be liable for any loss or damage for your mistake.
Q. What if there is a payment failure notice from the bank?
Answer: In the event of a payment failure notice from the bank, we will issue the refund through other mediums or Paper Cheque, Money Order, or Demand Draft in favor of the "Users" based on the Order Details records. Alternatively, we may request you to send the necessary details via email at 'exam360.in@gmail.com' or via ECG portal ‘https://support.exam360.in/’using the same email address used during the purchase. Please note that if you communicate from a different email address, it may be considered suspicious and treated as spam, affecting Buyer Protection.
Q. How will you communicate with me for refund details?
Answer: We may communicate with you through ECG portal including email or phone calls and request you to drop us an email providing your name, address, or details of your preferred refund method (PhonePe, Google Pay, BHIM UPI, Bank Account) or for a demand draft to be sent. Once we receive these details from the same registered email address, we will initiate the refund as per your written consent from that email ID. To send your consent, you need to raise ticket on ECG portal or through email 'exam360.in@gmail.com’.
Q. Can I use a different mobile number for refunds if I provided it at the time of purchase?
Answer: No. We do not recommend to use any other mobile number. But if you provided another mobile number through your same email id which you have used at the time of purchase then only, we can initiate the refund. Once the refund will be successfully processed after that we will not entertain any complain or further disputes.
It is strongly advised to provide a valid mobile number in the address at the time of purchase that is linked to your bank account or UPI Id. We recommend against using other people's mobile numbers when placing orders from EXAM360® (INDIA) websites or android applications. EXAM360® (INDIA) will not bear any losses or damages in cases where third parties’ mobile number are given.
Q. What are the standard penalty charges or partial refund percentages for policy violations or other cases?
Answer: In general conditions, EXAM360 does not apply any penalty charges but if there is any uncertain condition the base penalty charges or partial refunds typically range from 10% to 20% or more which may vary from case to case to fulfill the losses.
Q. Why do penalty charges sometimes exceed the given percentage?
Answer: There are instances where the actual losses incurred by EXAM360® (INDIA) are higher than the specified percentage due to users (buyers) not complying with the terms and conditions or policies. To cover these non-refundable or non-recoverable charges, penalty charges must account for the following:

• Payment Gateway Charges
• Shipping Charges
• Packaging Charges
• Transportation Cost & Fuel Cost
• Damage Item Received (If any)
• Additional Maintenance Charges and others
These charges aim to compensate for the costs incurred by EXAM360® (INDIA) when users do not adhere to the policies. It is essential to understand that the penalty charges serve as a means to recover these expenses and ensure fairness in the refund process.
Q. How are refunds processed for 'Cash on Delivery' (COD) orders?
Answer: If you have ordered any product through COD mode then you need to first the return the product through self-ship to EXAM360 fulfilment center / warehouse. Once the warehouse will check the compliance of T&C and condition of the product, EXAM360 team will initiate the refund process.
Refunds for 'Cash on Delivery' orders are processed in the same manner as described above. If you prefer to receive the refund for a 'Cash on Delivery' order in your bank account or a specific account, you can update the bank account details or your preferred refund choice through a written consent via ECG portal or via mail from the same email ID which you have used during purchase. You can request this update through email - 'exam360.in@gmail.com' or via the EXAM360 Consumer Grievance (ECG) Portal along with the 'Self Declaration Form for Refund.'
Q. What's important to note when collecting refunds for 'Cash on Delivery' orders?
Answer: Please keep in mind when you are asking for refund first you need to pack the product in good condition and then self-ship it to our warehouse. It is also essential that the 'User' Name provided in your orders or order IDs matches the name of the bank account holder when initiating a refund. We strongly recommend that users provide the same bank account, PhonePe, Google Pay, or BHIM UPI details that match the name used while placing the order. It's also advisable to use the same mobile number that corresponds to your customer’s name.
Q. Can I request a refund to a third-party account if the registered name is different from my order name?
Answer: Yes. Refund requests to third-party accounts are accepted after receiving written consent at ECG portal or via email at 'exam360.in@gmail.com' along with the 'Users' Self Declaration Form for Refund.' If you are using a third-party mobile number or UPI Id or bank account with a registered name different from your order name (as per BHIM UPI, PhonePe, Google Pay, or Paytm), we may initiate the refund after getting a written consent from the particular user. It is the responsibility of users to use an authentic email id and mobile number that matches their name when placing orders from EXAM360® (INDIA).
Q. Do I get a refund for shipping costs or gift wrapping charges?
Answer: No. These charges are non refundable in nature. EXAM360® (INDIA) prioritizes genuine returns based on acceptable conditions outlined in the 'EASY RETURN' Policy. For Fulfilled by EXAM360® (INDIA) Orders, return shipping costs will be covered by EXAM360 of up to Rs. 80/- if any dispute caused by EXAM360. Additionally, the cost of gift-wrapping will also be refunded if the return request is eligible under the 'EASY RETURN' Policy.
