OVER TIME DURING HOLIDAY's

 

In cases where any branch has regular holidays, festival holidays, or consecutive holidays, the office cannot remain closed for an extended period as it may impact the workflow process. To address this, we have implemented an Overtime Facility for major sections that will remain operational during such periods.

 

EXTRA-HOURS RATES:

☛ Computer Section: ₹40 to ₹55 per hour (Based upon Position & Portion of Task).
☛ Packaging Section: ₹40 to ₹55 per hour (Based upon Position & Portion of Task).

 

Note: This guideline is applicable only to branch offices. It does not apply to any Work From Home applicants. It applies only to exclusive applicants attached to the office, not to all office-linked applicants. | Effective Date: This guideline/system will be applicable from 01 September 2025 onwards.
