At EXAM360, we believe in equipping our applicants with the right knowledge, skills, and tools through an efficient and structured Smart Learning process. The goal is not just to offer job opportunities but to ensure that each applicant is properly trained, understands the workflow, and is capable of delivering high-quality results. To achieve this, we have introduced an exclusive online training program that is accessible through Android-based mobile applications. This process is carefully designed to provide flexibility, track learning activities, and build the right skill set from the ground up.
Once an applicant is successfully enrolled with EXAM360, they are guided through an onboarding process that includes online training via Android applications. This training is the core of the Smart Learning model that EXAM360 follows. Through this method, applicants are provided with video tutorials that explain all the essential workflows, tasks, and company procedures in detail.
The training materials are easy to understand, self-paced, and divided into manageable segments. The Android-based platform makes it accessible to most users who have smartphones. It also allows applicants to learn conveniently from their homes or any location of their choice.
However, it is essential to note that the training is strictly available only through Android mobile devices. Applicants who do not have access to an Android phone cannot proceed with the training. In such cases, we advise applicants to arrange an Android smartphone temporarily to complete the training phase. Without completing this crucial step, it will not be possible to move ahead in the selection and onboarding process.
One of the unique features of EXAM360’s Smart Learning system is that we track the learning activities of each applicant in real-time. It is not enough to simply open the videos; the system is designed to monitor whether the videos are being watched attentively and in full. This allows us to assess the seriousness, dedication, and genuine interest of the applicants.
If the system detects that an applicant is skipping videos, fast-forwarding through essential parts, or not paying attention, it may lead to disqualification or further review. Active participation is mandatory. This monitoring ensures that only committed candidates, who truly understand the work process, proceed to the next stages.
The training phase is designed to be completed within 15 days. However, EXAM360 encourages applicants to learn at their own pace. If someone is highly focused and can grasp the materials quickly, they can complete the entire training before the 15-day deadline. That said, speed should not come at the cost of quality.
Applicants must carefully watch all the videos, understand the procedures, and be ready to apply the knowledge in real working scenarios. Completing the training early without proper understanding can negatively impact the applicant’s progress and future evaluations.
The Smart Learning module covers everything from basic concepts to advanced tasks. Whether an applicant is new to this type of work or has prior experience, the structured videos ensure that everyone builds a solid foundation.
The training starts with basic company policies, working tools, navigation of platforms, communication protocols, and general work ethics. It then gradually progresses to advanced modules that may include data entry procedures, catalog management, telecalling techniques, system troubleshooting, and more.
The learning phase is exciting, informative, and highly relevant to the practical tasks that applicants will perform later. Those who approach the training with genuine curiosity and dedication will find it a valuable and enriching experience that enhances their career prospects.
Once the applicants successfully complete their training, they will primarily perform their work using computers or laptops. Most roles at EXAM360, especially those related to product listing, cataloging, data management, and operational tasks, are handled through computer systems.
However, there are exceptions such as telecalling roles, where some tasks can still be performed through mobile phones. Nevertheless, applicants must have access to a computer to proceed with the majority of the work after completing the video-based training. It’s important to remember that the training itself is mobile-centric, but the real work requires a computer setup.
EXAM360’s Smart Learning is not just about clearing a training phase; it is about building a long-term career. The entire training system is designed to develop practical skills, discipline, time management, and self-learning abilities. Those who take the training seriously will not only become capable team members but can also look forward to career growth within the organization.
In fact, applicants who demonstrate strong learning habits and active participation during the training are often considered for better roles, responsibilities, and growth opportunities in the future.
In summary, EXAM360’s Smart Learning program is a well-structured, video-based training system provided through Android apps. It allows applicants to learn flexibly but demands seriousness and attention. The training phase, which can be completed within 15 days, covers both basic and advanced topics essential for the role.
EXAM360’s approach ensures that applicants are properly equipped to take on real-world tasks with confidence. Smart Learning here is not just a formality—it is the first step toward becoming an efficient, professional, and valued member of the EXAM360 team. By combining flexibility with strict monitoring and quality-focused training, EXAM360 aims to create a productive, skilled, and future-ready workforce.
