Q. What is the selection process of EXAM360?

At EXAM360, we follow a standard and transparent selection protocol. The initial step is straightforward—applicants must fill out the application form either online or at any nearest branch office. Please note that for some positions, applications are accepted online only.
Once your application is submitted, our system automatically evaluates key factors such as:

➥ Your location (hometown)

➥ The type of job you applied for

➥ Your prior experience and relevant background
Based on this evaluation, our team conducts an initial scrutiny of the application. Eligible candidates are then allowed to proceed to the Training Phase.

➥ For Work From Home (WFH) roles, the training is purely online.

➥ For Work From Office (WFO) roles, the training is purely offline, except in a few specific cases.
Training Duration:

➥ Work From Office: Maximum of 7 + 3 days

➥ Work From Home: Maximum of 15 days
Applicants must be fully prepared and ready to work by the end of the training period. If a candidate fails to prepare within the stipulated time, requests for additional time are generally not entertained.
However, if during the trial phase our officials find that a candidate is nearly ready but still needs minor clarifications, additional preparation time may be granted at the company’s discretion.
Upon successfully completing all stages, the candidate will be officially appointed as a "Freelance Partner" at EXAM360.
Important Note:
We usually select candidates based on the application serial order. However, the selection sequence may occasionally be adjusted if we identify an exceptionally suitable candidate for the company or the specific role.
