Applicants must Enrol / Register an application form—whether applying for work-from-home or office-based positions.
Once the form is submitted, the Application Number (Batch ID or Registration Number), Email ID, and Phone Number will serve as the key references to track the application status at every stage.

After the application is submitted, our team will onboard the applicants for the training program.
The type of training depends on the applied position:
➨ Online Video Training (Work from Home Jobs)
➨ Practical / Physical Training (Office Jobs)
Applicants must:
➨ Complete the assigned training modules carefully.
➨ Undergo a trial round to demonstrate their learning.
A. For Work from Home Jobs (Data Entry, Telecaller, etc.), the trial is conducted online.
B. For Office Jobs, training and trials are conducted physically at the office.

The system will automatically track your learning:
✅ If you fully watch all video tutorials properly, the system will display a "Congratulations" message.
❌ If you fail to complete the learning modules, the system will display "Failed".
➥ If you see "Congratulations", verify your email ID via OTP and schedule your interview timeline.
➥ If you see "Failed", you must re-watch all video tutorials carefully at least twice within a 15-day deadline.
After 15 days, your access will be revoked, and you will no longer be eligible for the interview.
Note - If you are registered for ‘Catalogue / Product Listings’ or as a ‘Data Entry Operator,’ you will need the following credentials to practice and perform trial operations.
Account Allocation After "Eligibility Clearance": Once applicants successfully clear the AI System Eligibility rounds, our team will assign either a Dedicated Trial Account or a Office Trial Account.
A) Dedicated Trial Account - A Dedicated Trial Account is your personal login access provided after initial eligibility clearance. You can log in using your registered Email ID, and the Password will be your mobile number. This account enables you to access the system from any location without any OTP requirement or restrictions.
You are required to complete the assigned task within 72 to 84 hours.
➨ If no action is taken within this period by the applicants', the account will be automatically terminated.
➨ Once you complete the task, our internal team will review your submission to make a final judgment.
If your performance is Approved, the same account will be upgraded to a Regular Account. If your performance is Unsatisfactory, the account will be terminated after 84 hours or later.

B) Office Trial Account - Is used for performance evaluation. It is a shared office account, and access is provided temporarily. You are required to complete the assigned task within 72 hours. After this period, no further OTPs will be issued for access. Office trial accounts cannot be allotted after 3 days, as there is a high volume of applicants awaiting their turn. To avoid losing this opportunity, you must complete the assigned task within 3 days. This ensures a fair and efficient process for all applicants. Only serious candidates are expected to proceed.
Please ensure timely action to maintain access and proceed in the selection process.
OFFICE TRIAL ACCOUNT MODULE
Login Instructions Based on Your Position/Post:
Use the login credentials provided below according to your designated position/post. Once logged in, you are required to execute the assigned task as instructed by the officials, strictly within the specified timeline. Note: You must collect the OTP from our authorized officials before logging in.

📌 Assignment Based on Job Position: Specific video courses will be assigned based on the position applied for.
📌 15-Day Access Validity: You must complete training and schedule the interview within 15 days of registration.
📌 Early Completion Option: If you finish early, you can schedule your interview sooner.
📌 Telephonic Interview Process: You will have only one chance for the telephonic interview—no second attempt & Be fully prepared.
📌 Responsiveness: Be available during your scheduled interview time. Our HR team will attempt up to three calls.
Once the interview is scheduled:
➥ Our team will conduct Telephonic Interviews or Practical Trials.
➥ Selection is strictly merit-based.
➥ EXAM360 reserves the right to disqualify any applicant due to:
Poor interview performance.
Unprofessional behaviour.
Failure to prove practical skills.
Applicants who successfully clear the trial will receive their own User ID and will be formally onboarded.
